Okhnha  Chhay Seng Eang is the Chairman of the Board and a shareholder of Samaky Capital Plc. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector. From 2011 to 2015, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chhay An Pawn Shop and from 2015 to the present, he is the Chairman of the Board of Samaky Capital Plc. In addition, he also owns many businesses.

Mrs. Chhay Channa is the member of board of  director and a shareholder of Samaky Capital Plc. She has a lot of experience in the financial sector since 2011 to 2015, she was the general manager of Chhay An Pawn Shop. She was the general manager of Samaky from 2015 to 2022. She is the member of board of director of Samaky Capital from 2015 to the present. Apart from the financial sector, she also has a many of personal businesses.

Mr.Chung Chetta is the member of board of    directors and a shareholder of Samaky Capital  Plc. He has experience in the financial sector from 1995 to the present. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Administration from the Australian School of Management, and a graduate of the University of New South Wales, Australia Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand, Accountant. Chartered-Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, New Zealand and Kumpuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors. Currently, in addition to being the member of board of directors of Samaky Capital, he is also the Audit Partner of Fides Services Cambodia.

Mrs.Ngor Ngoun Theary is the member of board of directors and a shareholder of Samaky Capital Plc. From 2002 to 2006, she was a Researcher from the Cambodia Development Research and Training Institute (CDRI) and Oxfarm America from 2006 to 2007. She is member of board of directors of Samaky Capital from 2015 to the present. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Development in 2006 from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in 2002 from the National University of Management and Computer Science in 2002 from the Royal University of Phnom Penh

Ms. Sun Ren is the General Manager of Samaky Capital Plc. She joined Samaky from 2016, from the position of Finance Manager until 2021. She was appointed by the Board of Directors and has been officially approved by the National Bank of Cambodia as the General Manager of Samaky until now. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) and Master’s degree in Finance and has attended many training courses related to the financial sector.

Ms. Phon Sopha joined as the Compliance Manager of Samaky Capital in April 2024. She has attended many training courses related to laws and regulations, especially the laws and regulations of the National Bank of Cambodia. She has been working in the banking and finance sector for the past six years, beginning her career with Atom Capital in 2017 as general Assistant and was appointed as Compliance Officer in 2019. Also worked at Prime MF Microfinance as a Compliance Officer during 2020. From 2021 to 2024, she worked as compliance Unit Manager at Sahakrinpheap Microfinance.

Ms. Sopha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, And a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. She also completed training on regulatory Compliance in 2019 and in 2023 from the  Institution of Banking and Finance

Vannarith has joined Samaky Capital Plc since 2024 as Operation Manager. He has almost fifteen years of financial experience within Microfinance institution in Cambodia. He held various positions at MFIs, such as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operation Officer, and Operation manager at Queen Finance Plc. He also used to work as Head of Operation at Sahakrinpheap Microfinance Plc, what is essential, Vannarith used to work with AMK as Credit Officer, Area Manager, Branch Manager, and Provincial Manager from 2010 to 2018.

Vannarith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Master’s degree in Financial Management and a Master degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics.

Mr.Dane joined the company as HR and Admin Manager in 2023.

Mr.Dane has developed strong leadership and motivation skills through his many years’ experience in management and administration with various international organizations and private companies in Cambodia. During that time, he held several key positions including General Manager, HR and Admin Manager, Training & Development Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager. Dane has 6 years’ experience in the education sector.

Mr.Dane holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor degree in Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) from the Norton University. Dane attended various trainings and workshops levels including business and product development, Effective Leading and Managing Teams, Practical Business Plan, Effective Performance Management, International Human Resource Management, HR and Management Leadership, Leading and managing Teams, and coaching.

Mr. Bak Davit has more than 20 years of Computer Network Management for School and Microfinance Institution Cambodia. Currently, he has the role on Computer and Network support at Samaky Capital Plc since 2015.

Prior to join Samaky Capital Plc, Mr. Bak Davit was Network Administrator at Fides Services Cambodia more than 5 years, Responsible all Computer Network.  He graduated Master degree of Science in Information Technology from Norton University.
